SiriusNewXM provides independent support for FM car radio and satellite radio systems. Our services include:

- Satellite radio setup, subscription activation, and channel access support.
- Plan comparisons, upgrades, downgrades, and renewal guidance.
- Vehicle transfer and deactivation assistance.
- Signal and reception diagnostics and remote troubleshooting.
SiriusNewXM operates independently and is not an official arm of any satellite or FM radio provider.
Your Responsibilities
When using SiriusNewXM services you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle, device, and current radio service.

- Not misrepresent your identity or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

Payments and Fees
Where SiriusNewXM facilitates a subscription purchase on your behalf, the following terms apply:
- All fees are disclosed clearly before any charge is processed.
- Quoted prices are valid for the period stated at the time of your call or enquiry.
- Promotional rates apply for the promotional period only, after which standard pricing applies.
- Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SiriusNewXM services for fraudulent purposes, to impersonate other account holders, or to request changes to accounts that do not belong to you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability
SiriusNewXM makes every effort to provide accurate and helpful support. However, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third party providers, satellite signal outages, or issues outside our direct control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
